Danielle Kramer is a dedicated advocate for inclusive education. She earned her Master's degree in Special Education from Simmons College and holds DESE licenses as a Special Education Administrator and Teacher of students with severe disabilities, PreK-12. Her credentials also include certifications as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Transition Specialist. Beginning her career in private schools specializing in programs for students with intensive special needs, Danielle's professional experiences evolved to include teaching in integrated preschool settings and leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs in multiple public school systems.
For the past decade, Danielle has provided consultation services to public school district programs ranging from PreK through the post-graduate level. She has expertise in conducting comprehensive student evaluations and using data-driven insights to guide teams to make informed decisions. She has conducted hundreds of Transition Assessments for students with a wide range of learning profiles and has worked closely with school teams to implement recommendations from these evaluations to create more robust transition-focused supports. Beyond her consulting role, Danielle is a seasoned professional development trainer, having developed impactful training sessions and online modules tailored for teachers and paraprofessionals alike. She continues to shape educational environments with her passion for enhancing student outcomes through evidence-based practices and collaborative approaches.
